Breakfast After the Bell Act of 2018 This bill provides increased reimbursements under the School Breakfast Program to schools that serve breakfasts through a breakfast after the bell program. A "breakfast after the bell program" is a program that: (1) serves breakfast to students after the start of the school day; and (2) uses a service model, including service of breakfast in the classroom or at a kiosk outside the cafeteria of the school, that the state educational agency determines increases participation in the breakfast program.
