To support the establishment of small business development centers internationally and promote international commerce, and for other purposes.

Global Small Business Network Act This bill authorizes the Department of State to establish a Global Small Business Network program to make grants to qualified entities to assist national and local governments of foreign countries to develop small business development centers and to promote commerce between small businesses in the United States and the foreign economies participating in such program.
