Safe LPG Storage Act of 2018 This bill directs the Department of Transportation to establish a program under which it may award grants to covered entities (i.e., state, local, or tribal governments, a special purpose district or public authority, including a port authority, or an owner or operator of a liquified petroleum gas [LPG] storage facility that is located within five miles of a populated area, home, or school) for the relocation of such LPG facilities.
