Save Community Newspaper Act of 2018 This bill allows community newspapers to elect to apply certain alternative minimum funding standards for single-employer defined benefit pension plans that meet specified requirements. "A community newspaper" is a newspaper that primarily serves a metropolitan statistical area with a population of at least 100,000.
