To provide safeguards with respect to the Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal background checks prepared for employment purposes, and for other purposes.

Fairness and Accuracy in Employment Background Checks Act of 2018 This bill directs the Department of Justice to establish and enforce procedures to ensure the prompt exchange of accurate records and information for employment-related purposes through the Federal Bureau of Investigation background check system.
