National Comedy Center Recognition Act (Sec. 2) This bill officially designates the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York, as the "National Comedy Center." Although recognized by this bill, the center shall not be considered a unit of the National Park System. The designation of the center shall not be construed as requiring or permitting the expenditure of federal funds for any purpose related to the center.
