To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand, intensify, and coordinate research and other activities of the National Institutes of Health with respect to prenatal opioid exposure and neonatal abstinence syndrome.

Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Best Practice Act This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to require the National Institutes of Health to: (1) expand research regarding prenatal opioid exposure and neonatal abstinence syndrome, and (2) establish best practices for screening and treatment.
