Gold Star Spouses Leasing Relief Act (Sec. 2) This bill amends the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to permit a widow or widower of a service member who died while in military service, or while performing full-time National Guard duty, active Guard and Reserve duty, or inactive-duty training to terminate a lease without penalty within one year of the service member's death. The bill applies to leases of premises occupied, or intended to be occupied, by the service member or the service member's dependents for a residential, professional, business, agricultural, or similar purpose.
