Protecting Family Resources and Training Options Act This bill (1) applies to state Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs specified provisions of federal law regarding improper payment, and (2) eliminates the 12-month limit on counting vocational training as work activities for purposes of meeting mandatory work requirements under the TANF program.
