Wasteful Defense Spending Reduction Act of 2018 This bill establishes the independent Wasteful Defense Spending Reduction Commission, which shall report to Congress recommendations as to which procurement programs of the Department of Defense (DOD) should be terminated. DOD shall terminate a recommended program if Congress approves the termination.
