Offering Promising Persons Occupations Relevant To Upholding National Interests For Years Act of 2018 or the OPPORTUNITY Act of 2018 This bill revises the Cyber Scholarship Program of the Department of Defense (DOD). In awarding grants and scholarships under the program, DOD must give special consideration to minority-serving institutions of higher education (IHEs) and the students who attend such IHEs.
