This bill amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1987 to allow computers and related peripheral tools previously used by a Member of the House of Representatives to be donated to a public elementary or secondary school without regard to whether the donation: (1) is a cost to the government, or (2) has a recoverable value.
