Energy Diplomacy Act of 2018 This bill amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to authorize the establishment in the Department of State of an Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources. The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 is amended to eliminate the State Department position of Coordinator for International Energy Affairs.
