Protect Public Trees Act of 2018 This bill prohibits the modification, removal, or piling of materials about any tree, plant, or other vegetation on public highways to erect, maintain, repair, or improve the visibility of, commercial advertising. This prohibition does not apply if the purpose of the modification, removal, or piling of materials is to improve or maintain safety.
