To require the Comptroller General of the United States to report on compliance of contracting agencies with subcontracting plans and subcontracting goals under the Small Business Act, and for other purposes.

Contracting Compliance Act This bill directs the Government Accountability Office to submit to Congress an analysis of the contracting and related oversight activities of at least two agencies. The report shall include an assessment of the agencies' compliance practices and recommendations on how to strengthen compliance oversight.
