Standardization of Collegiate Oversight of Revenues and Expenditures Act or the SCORE Act This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to expand reporting on intercollegiate athletic programs. Among other requirements, institutions of higher education must include in their annual reports: (1) the amount of sports-related revenue, disaggregated by sports team; and (2) the sports-related expenses, disaggregated by each sports team.
