To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a demonstration program to provide expanded access to medical services through partnerships between Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers, and for other purposes.

VA Community Care Enhancement Act This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to carry out a demonstration program under which the VA shall furnish certain medical services through community care collaborative arrangements between VA medical centers and federally qualified health centers.
