Tax Relief for our Nation's Heroes Act or the Andrew P. Carpenter Tax Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to exclude from gross income any amount attributable to the discharge of student loan indebtedness of a veteran who served on active duty and: (1) is deceased as a result of a service-connected death or disability, or (2) has a service-connected disability that the Department of Veterans Affairs has rated as total.
