Disaster Assistance Rental Fairness Act This bill amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to prohibit the President from considering the income of an individual or household in determining whether to provide, or continue to provide, rental assistance under provisions pertaining to federal assistance to individuals and households in states affected by a major disaster.
