This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to require the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a grant program that assists local educational agencies in replacing drinking water fountains located in schools or day care facilities with fountains that are lead-free. Grant recipients may also use funding for monitoring and reporting lead levels in the drinking water of schools or day care facilities.
