To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to increase the Federal medical assistance percentage for the District of Columbia under the Medicaid Program to 80 percent.

District of Columbia Medicaid Reimbursement Act of 2018 This bill increases the Medicaid federal medical assistance percentage (FMAP) for the District of Columbia from 70% to 80%. Under current law, a state's FMAP is based on its per capita income and may range from 50% to 83%.
