To limit the fees charged by the National Archives and Records Administration to veterans for military service records, and for other purposes.

Access to Military Service Records Act of 2017 This bill limits to the cost of mailing the fee that the National Archives and Records Administration may charge a veteran (or, if such individual is deceased, the individual's next of kin or immediate family) who requests his or her military service record.
