Stop Targeting Americans in Natural Disasters with Unconscionable Prices Act of 2017 or the STAND UP Act of 2017 This bill makes it unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale a consumer good or service in a major disaster area at a price that (1) is unconscionably excessive, and (2) indicates that the seller is taking unfair advantage of the circumstances related to the major disaster to increase prices unreasonably.
