To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide that over-the-road bus drivers are covered under the maximum hours requirements.

Driver Fatigue Prevention Act This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to make over-the-road bus drivers subject to limitations on the maximum number of hours that an employee may work under such Act.
