DOE Loan Guarantee Program Repeal Act This bill amends the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to repeal the authority of the Department of Energy (DOE) to issue loan guarantees for innovative energy projects. The bill rescinds funds that are not required to pay possible claims on outstanding loan guarantees.
