To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to harmonize the definitions of employee with the common law.

Harmonization of Coverage Act of 2017 This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 with respect to the definition of employee to harmonize it in accordance with the usual common law rules for purposes of the Federal Insurance Contributions Act.
