To provide duty-free treatment for the sale of used yachts, and for other purposes.

Maritime Industries Relief Act of 2017 This bill amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to exempt from duty certain pre-owned vessels offered for sale or sold in the United States. It repeals the deferral until sale of the duty on large yachts imported for sale at U.S. boat shows.
