Deny Russian Access to Diplomatic Compounds Act This bill prohibits the President from permitting access to or use of any Russian-owned diplomatic facilities and properties in Upper Brookville, New York, or at Pioneer Point in Centreville, Maryland, by the government of the Russian Federation.
