To amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to include individuals participating in pre-apprenticeship programs offered by employers and provide that such employers may be reimbursed under such Act.

Apprenticeship Improvement Act of 2017 This bill amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to make entities that provide pre-apprenticeship programs eligible to receive funds for training services under that Act.
