Hands off Passengers Act This bill directs the Department of Transportation to modify a federal regulation relating to oversold flights to prohibit the involuntary deplaning of, or denial of boarding a flight by, any passenger holding a confirmed reserved seat on an oversold flight to accommodate a member of the air carrier's flight crew or staff.
