To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Comptroller General of the United States to periodically conduct an audit of the Veterans Health Administration budget, and for other purposes.

This bill directs the Government Accountability Office to periodically conduct an audit of elements of the Veterans Health Administration budget, including budget formulation, execution, allocation, and use of funds.
