Transportation for Heroes Act of 2017 This bill revises urbanized area formula grant recipient requirements to require a recipient to certify that it will ensure that a fare of no more than 50% of the peak hour fare will be charged to a U.S. veteran during non-peak hours for transportation using or involving a facility or equipment of a project financed by the grant.
